Terms of Service

Last updated: October 14, 2026

This is a starter template pending legal review and may change.

By using PreflightPR (the "Service"), you agree to these terms.

The Service

PreflightPR scans code and websites for common security and configuration mistakes and may open pull requests with suggested fixes.

Automated best-effort review, not a penetration test or security guarantee. The Service cannot find every vulnerability, and a clean result does not mean your app is secure.

Your code

You keep all rights to your code. You give us permission to access and process it only as needed to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PreflightPR is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss, or security incidents, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the Service. We may suspend accounts that misuse the Service. You can stop using it at any time by uninstalling the GitHub App and cancelling any subscription.
